Justin Hemmes' latest offering in Potts Point is nothing short of 'Rad'!
David Cheng style food from accomplished chef Dan Hong brings a new twist to the world of Asian fusion. Think Vietnamese steak tarter on prawn crackers or Egg noodles with XO sauce, braised duck, soft poached egg and Fried baby chicken, kimchi mayonnaise.
The decor is intimate, cool, and could slip in seamlessly in a Melbourne lane way or in Williamsburg New York. The restaurant is housed over 4 floors with each level featuring it's own unique decor. Despite this the four floors complement each other and it works as apart of a single establishment. There is also a veggie garden courtyard in the back.
This place is trendy without being pretentious, service friendly and laid back, the food is tasty and original.
It is Justin Hemmes without being Justin Hemmes. Meaning it's fucking awesome.
Check it out before it becomes bridge and tunnel.
